  • Freight shipping charge is 20% of product cost.
  • Shipping by UPS, Fed Ex and Trucking

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise is shipped at prices prevailing at time of order

  • Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days. Orders are shipped U.P.S. with a 20% shipping & handling charge.
  • Orders exceeding 28 inches in diameter are shipped within 5-7 working days and are shipped by motor freight only. These special items cost between 15% & 25%
  • Trucking & Handling taking about 6 working days to be received in the continental United States.
  • If you wish with prior arrangements you may pick up your orders at the Cutlers nearest you with no freight charge

    Return Policies

  • Merchandise is not subject to return, except for repair or replacement, or store credit. And only with our prior written R.G.A. (Return Goods Authorization)

    Claims

  • Merchandise is inspected and in perfect condition when given to the carrier. The carrier and you assume responsibility for safe delivery.
  • All claims for concealed damages, loss or shortage must be filed by you with the carrier within 5 days of receipt of merchandise
